This is just a quick announcement to say that I’m delighted to have been invited by Katie of Doing Dewey to be one of the hosts for Nonfiction November this year! I’ll be hosting the discussion and linkup for the last week, November 28 – December 2: New To My TBR.

I’ll be busy during the coming week with Witch Week, but do check out Doing Dewey for more information and links to all the hosts and topics, starting on Monday, October 31. Below are three of my nonfiction favorite reads from the past year — I can’t wait to read all your recommendations. Get your lists ready!

  1. This sounds like a fun challenge! I have read a few nonfiction books this year and hope to read even more of them next year. I read Esther the Wonder Pig this year which is probably my favorite non fiction read this year, it was such a heartwarming story. And I read How to Write a Sizzling Synopsis which was a very informative book.

      • It’s a great title for sure. It’s about two men who get a mini pig, but she turns out not to be a mini pig and she keeps growing and growing into a normal sized pig. And she changes their lives. Very inspiring read. I follow Esther her facebook page and it’s a lot of fun to see all their pictures :).
