Northanger Abbey, by the Balbussos

The Emerald City Book Review is just about one year old, and I’ve done 100 posts! To celebrate, I thought it would be fun to look at the archives and see what have been the ten most popular posts in my first year of blogging (giveaways excluded). Perhaps unsurprisingly, they also happen to be some of my personal favorites. If you haven’t yet seen these, I hope you’ll take a look. Here they are, in order of appearance (or click here to see a handy preview all on one page):

  1. Happy blog anniversary! I'm glad that was introduced to your blog, I think through Mary Stewart reading week. Happy reading in 2015!

  2. Happy first year! My favorite posts usually are not the most visited ones, which frustrates me. But then again I'm happy people are reading! Congrats on a great blog.

  3. Happy blog birthday to you! I'm so glad that I stumbled across your blog sooner rather than later. From browsing through your posts I found that you once lived close to me (WA). I hope you have a wonderful reading year in 2015!

    • I did, and I still visit family there from time to time. The Northwest is a great region for readers! Thanks for your kind wishes.

  4. Congratulations on your first year! And – I think this is a new blog design? I love it! Your list is creative – I'm going to check out your classics you may not have heard of list.
