This was my first year participating in Armchair BEA and I really enjoyed it. While I didn’t take home as much swag as from the actual BEA, do I really need more books? (Don’t answer that.) What I did take home was many more interactions with other booklovers, and I think that was actually easier to do in this context as I am much more shy to approach people in person. I found many new blogs and met people I hope to continue the conversation with in the coming months. I’ll definitely be back for more!
Here are my posts for the week:
Day One: Introduction
Day Two: Author Interactions (my letter from Robin McKinley)
Day Three: Short Stories/Novellas (my list of favorites)
Day Four: Giveaway (a copy of Tell Me a Story)
Day Five: Middle Grade/YA (review of Enchantress from the Stars)
Many thanks to all who made this event possible.

This year seemed better than ever for connecting and for the exchange of meaningful comments. I met several new to me bloggers and will be back as well. It was nice meeting you this week. I look forward to your posts in the future.
Thanks, Stephanie. I look forward to your posts too.
It was fun, wasn't it! I'm glad to have gotten to know you better!
Yes, let's keep in touch!
I've had so much fun visiting all the blogs on Armchair BEA. This is my first year and I've had such a good time that I plan to come back next time. I've added a ton of books to my TBR list as well as added a lot of book friends on twitter, goodreads, and bloglovin. Thank you so much for participating and making it a great first year for me.
Let's hope it's even better next year.
Is it possible to take more home than you do at BEA? LOL I had a good time this week, too. Great to meet new people and revisit old friends.
You did a nice wrap-up post, Vikk. Next time I'll try to remember to keep tabs on my favorite posts for linking at the end.
Thanks, Lory. I had to go into my history to find them. Glad people are checking them out. LOL
